Evidence of Embodiyou Method Impact
Improvement in Mindful Awareness, Wellbeing, and Productivity
We conducted an evidence of impact study of the Embodiyou Method which analyzed survey responses from 61 participants enrolled in Ebodiyou’s Finishing School, a program designed to support emotional regulation, enhance psychological well-being, and create positive behavioral change. Participants entered the program struggling with a combination of stress symptoms, including anxiety or low energy, and behavioral blocks, such as procrastination or difficulty setting boundaries.
The study assessed the program’s impact in three key areas:
Emotional State/Nervous System Regulation
Behavioral Blocks/Limiting Behaviors
Overall Psychological Wellbeing
Stress Management Skills
By integrating body-based approaches with practical tools, Finishing School participants not only transformed their internal state but also gained lasting skills to maintain their progress.
Summary of Key Findings
Emotional Regulation
This chart shows a significant shift in participants' self-reported emotional states from the beginning to the end of the program. 75% of those who initially felt anxious reported feeling "calmer" or "mostly calm" by the conclusion of the study.
Overcoming Behavioral Blocks
By the end of the program, 85% of participants reported a moderate or significant reduction in limiting behaviors such as procrastination and difficulty setting boundaries. These changes enabled them to take meaningful action with greater confidence, fostering lasting personal and professional growth.
Boost in Psychological Wellbeing
After the program, 90% of participants reported moderate or significant improvement, demonstrating greater emotional resilience, self-awareness, and overall mental wellbeing. This data highlights the program’s effectiveness in helping individuals shift from emotional overwhelm to a more balanced and empowered state.
Lasting Stress Management Skills
Before the program, only 5% of participants felt confident in their ability to manage stress. After the program, that number soared to 95%, with 93% also reporting confidence in their ability to shift their nervous system to a calmer state.
