Melissa Clark

Melissa Clark RYT is a wellness advocate and educator who shares yoga, meditation and reiki energy healing to promote selfregulation of our nervous system and emotional states. She grew up in Iowa around farming and fitness; her collegiate studies spanned chemistry, nutrition, family systems andhuman services. Melissa is passionate about social justice and is a neuroscience nut who is motivated to share safe, traumainformed yoga that is accessible to all.

Melissa shares pranayama practice, neuroscience nuggets and gentle vinyasa flow to begin your day in a grounded, purposeful way. This yoga class is taught by a traumainformed yoga instructor and is designed to support you in strengthening your nervoussystem regulation skills from week to week.
