Claudia Rowland

Claudia teaches Subtle and Restorative Yoga, guiding you with compassion and skill to calm your body, clear your mind and open your heart, so that you may move with ease, settle in your body, and reconnect to your healing self. She draws from her experience and studies in Loving Kindness, Yoga therapeutics, somatic movement therapies, and the neuroscience of yoga. 

Claudia has studied with many masters including Sharon Salsburg, Stephen Cope, Ana Forest, Jillian Pransky, Hari KirinKaur Khalsa, Pema Chodren, and others. She was graced with the opportunity to live, work and immerse in the study of Kripalu Yoga and Ayurveda as a Karma Yogi at Kripalu Center of Yoga and Health. She is 200 hr RYT with additional Certifications in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapeutics, Y12SR, Kundalini Rising Art and Yoga.
